Our Philosophy

 

Traditional brokerages seem to feel that agents work for them and the brokerage focuses on generating clients.  15 or 20 years ago this model was valid, clients chose a brokerage to work with and which brokerage you belonged to made a diffence.  Things have changed.  As a brokerage we feel that the agent is our client. Our job is to support you and allow you to serve your clients in the way that fits you best! 

There’s no one-size-fits-all method for real estate. Some agents like to be super systematic and utilize a wide variety of technology, others focus on getting out and meeting people face-to-face.  Whatever your style is, we’ll support you!  We used to get frustrated needing to pay our broker a monthly “technology fee” for things we didn’t use. Or having them explain that our 20% commission split helped them “offer this suite of products”. We would have much rather preferred to keep our commission and then choose what we want to spend it on.  So that’s what we’re committed to doing for you!  You can keep 100% of your commission, and then choose 100% of what technology, coaching and systems are best for you. 

If you’d like suggestions we’re happy to share what has worked for us. Often times we can negotiate better pricing for some of our preferred providers as well.  Below is a list of what we offer, and the actual price of other services you may be interested in.
